About us
atech innovations gmbh has been active since 1989 in development, production and distribution of high-quality, ceramic membranes for a wide variety of industrial applications in the chemical, biotechnological, food and beverages industries and in the waste water treatment.
atech’s range of products includes membranes in various geometries and pressure vessels, used to arrange the membranes in modules. In addition, the qualified staff and the technical facilities are available for services such as filtering tests or pilot-installation-tests.
Depending on the requirements of each particular application, atech offers a wide range of different membrane geometries: single-channel and multi-channel membranes with various channel diameters suitable for ultrafiltration (from 1 kD) and microfiltration (up to 1.2 μm).

Our diverse product portfolio for ceramic membranes in a wide range of geometries:
Our standard designs include a wide variety of multi-channel membranes with different channel cross-sections, covering the entire spectrum of ultrafiltration (from 1 kD) and microfiltration (down to 1.2 µm).
For applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries, we offer special tank designs that meet all the requirements of hygiene standards (e.g. US 3-A).
For applications in the field of waste water treatment, we offer cost-effective industrial variants that are also ideally suited for very aggressive liquids.
Our modules are available in accordance with all current international standards (EU, ASME, ....).
We offer our customers services in the form of application-specific advice and filtration tests (pilot plants).
For the installation of our membranes in housings from other manufacturers, we offer gaskets and gasket adapters for the installation of atech membranes.
Ceramic membrane
As a manufacturer of ceramic membranes, we offer first-class membrane technology that combines the best material quality, durability, operational safety and extensive know-how.
Pressure vessels
For applications in food and pharmaceutical industries, we offer special vessel designs that meet all requirements of hygiene standards (US 3-A).
For applications in waste water treatment, we offer cost-effective industrial variants, that are also good for very aggressive liquids. Our pressure vessels are available in accordance with all current international standards (EU, ASME, ....).
PVC-C modules
The modules are made of PVC-C and designed for PN 10 and a temperature of 80°C/176°F. The plastic module can also be used for very corrosive applications, for which stainless steel is not suitable.
