Thermal Conductivity Analyzer – optimized for Green H₂
Thermal conductivity gas analyzer is an effective method to measure one of two components in a gas mixture (the thermal conductivities differ a lot). Mainly used to measure the content of hydrogen (H2), carbon dioxide (CO2), argon (Ar), etc.
Our new thermal conductivity H2 analyzer uses a hybrid equation algorithm to compensate for the effects of humidity and temperature on thermal conductivity sensors, providing a new better solution for the green hydrogen energy industry and a better future!
Laser Spectroscopy Analyzer(TDLAS)
MZD uses proprietary technology-enhanced TDLS for gas detection, where a 0.05 nm narrow bandwidth diode laser beam scans across an absorption band of the target gas, performing a high-resolution near-infrared absorption measurement. Use laser diode light sources of different wavelengths according to the gas molecules, and then measure the intensity of the transmitted light (I) and incident light (I0) at the detector (Lambert-Beer law) to know the current gas concentration measurement chamber.
Ultraviolet/Infrared photometry Analyzer(NDUV,UVRAS,NDIR)
Ultraviolet Photometry Analyzer features two measurement ranges, ppm and Vol.-%, and can achieve high-precision measurements down to the ppb range. It can simultaneously measure two gas components using dual UV-LEDs. The analyzer is capable of detecting Cl₂, ClO₂, H₂S, SO₂, nitrogen oxides (NO + NO₂), O₃, and CS₂.
Oxygen analyzer(Optical,Zirconia,Electrochemical,Paramagnetic)
SMART-OO Optical oxygen analyzer is cost-effective and suitable for stable and continuous measurement of the percentage oxygen content of most gases. This principle is very robust. It shows virtually no interferences to other gases (except Cl2 and NO2), has a very low drift, and the sensor is fully solid-state. It does not deplete over time, unlike galvanic oxygen sensors with their limited shelf life. Optics and electronics are hermetically sealed from the measured gas. For typical indoor environmental conditions, a 10-year operating life is expected.
SMART-OXZ Oxygen Analyzer uses a unique reference built-in zirconia technology, higher accuracy and repeatability oxygen measurement, no need to provide standard air and calibration. The sensor life is typically 5 years or more and is typically used for oxygen content measurements at ppb, ppm, air concentration (20.64%). The analyzer employs a Type B (Pt–Rh) thermocouple to measure the absolute temperature of the zirconia probe, which significantly enhances measurement stability, accuracy, and long-term reliability under high-temperature conditions.
SMART-EC Galvanic Electrochemical trace/percent Oxygen Analyzer uses a Micro-Fuel Cell sensor, which can measure trace oxygen (ppm level) or percentage oxygen (% level), achieving high-precision and high-repeatability oxygen measurement. It is suitable for a variety of industrial process gas monitoring.
SMART-OXM Paramagnetic Oxygen Analyzer uses high-stability paramagnetic oxygen technology to achieve high-precision and high-repeatability oxygen measurement.
Water analyzer(pH,ORP, Conductivity, Turbidity,Dissolved Oxygen,SS/MLSS)
SMART Series Intelligent Water Analyzer measures pH, ORP, conductivity, turbidity, dissolved oxygen, SS/MLSS, and more with high accuracy. Its unique professional design allows it to operate reliably in the most extreme physical and chemical environments, making it suitable for applications in water treatment, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and hygiene production processes.
MZD pH/ORP electrodes use an electrochemically conductive, salt-loaded polymeric matrix instead of a porous junction. This non-porous solid state reference barrier prevents any liquid contact between the process fluid and the sealed Ag/AgCl reference cell. As a result, the reference signal remains stable, and the electrode is protected from contamination and electrolyte depletion.
