A comb in the inlet area as well as the special geometry of the grinding chamber grind the fibres particularly efficiently. Foreign bodies are separated by means of a catch pocket that is accessible from the outside. The beaters are fixed to carrier frames, which can be quickly and easily changed with a supplied device. This means that it only takes a few minutes to change the beaters and downtime is reduced to a minimum.

Additional Dewatering of Foreign Matter from Organic Waste
Separated foreign materials such as plastic packaging from organic waste are usually still contaminated with sticky liquids. For cost-efficient thermal disposal, the foreign matter should be as free of liquids as possible after depacking and separation.
The screw press was especially developed for the removal of residual liquids on packaging material after the depacking and separating process of packed organic waste. It is made entirely of stainless-steel (depending on the order), is extremely robust and easy to maintain. Therefore, it is ideally suited for demanding applications with difficult conditions, such as in industrial organic waste processing. The innovative design ensures a high pressing pressure with the best dewatering performance. The pneumatic control of the press flap ensures automatic adjustment to different materials. The separated liquid is collected and can be added to the remaining bio mass for energy recovery. A regular cleaning can be carried out via flushing nozzles.
